We are excited to connect with other scholars out there in the Neuroverse! Here, we will post information about an array of Intersecting Minds activities and events. Remember, too, that you can always consult our archive for NeuroNews (page in development).

As always, we are interested in hearing from all of you about activities you would be excited about exploring together. Below is a docket of activities we have been engaged in and hope you will contribute to and join us for.

MEETING ARCHIVE (2025)

May 9, 2025 we had a fascinating conversation with Brad Irish about his new book Literary Neurodiversity Studies: Current and Future Directions (Palgrave MacMillan, 2025).

Promotional flyer for a Zoom event titled "Literary Neurodiversity Studies: A Conversation with Dr. Bradley Irish, PhD." The event takes place on May 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. The Zoom link provided is https://emory.zoom.us/j/8811564472. The design features a sunburst pattern in light blue and white on a gradient blue background. In the bottom right corner is a photo of Dr. Bradley Irish, a white man with a shaven head and tattoos on his arms and chest, wearing a black t-shirt, seated in front of a bookshelf filled with books.

We had a FABULOUS gathering on March 21, 2025 for a NeuroPoetics conversation with Matt McBride. Here is a link to the FLIPbook Melanie Gregg made for the occasion (with ALT-Text here).

A stylized and abstract digital poster for Intersecting Minds: A Conversation with Poet Matt McBride. The background consists of layered textures, collaged elements, and muted warm tones with overlays of torn paper, architectural sketches, and text fragments. At the top, a large, teal-colored brain-like shape contains the words "INTERSECTING MINDS" in black uppercase letters. "NEURO POETICS" runs vertically along the right edge in black text. The top left displays "1PM (EST), ZOOM." The date "3/21" is displayed in large black numbers on the left side. The lower half contains overlapping images, including a faded photograph of Matt McBride reading poetry at a microphone, fragments of book covers, and architectural elements. The title, "A Conversation with Poet Matt McBride," is written in bold black serif text at the bottom.

STILL NEED TO POST THE BELOW (THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE! 😊)
