Invitation and Guidelines for Submissions
We enthusiastically encourage our members to contribute to this page. If you recently read a great book or saw a fantastic film or went to an amazing art exhibition, and it is relevant to our collective endeavor here, we would love to hear about it!
We ask contributors to adhere to the following guidelines:
- The material you review should be pertinent to the fields of NeuroHumanities, consciousness studies, or related areas.
- Your review should be your original work, offering a fresh perspective or insightful analysis.
- Aim for a concise yet informative review, ideally between 500-1000 words. Include a brief summary of the work, your critical analysis, and why you think it’s relevant to our collective.
- While we appreciate academic rigor, we also value accessibility. Please write in a clear, engaging style that is suitable for a broad audience, including both specialists and non-specialists.
- Be sure to cite your sources!
- Send your review proposal or draft to neurohumanism@gmail.com. Our editorial team will review your submission and get in touch with feedback or to discuss potential publication in both our website repository and our newsletter.
